Ting, ting, ting, ting.
This is a quick post but simply related to my the previous one. I want to share a video I found on Vimeo while I was searching for a good trailer for The Perks of Being A Wallflower. Oh yes, Twelve wants his credit for lending me his Vimeo account.
The Diary of a Disappointed Book from Studiocanoe on Vimeo.
The video is telling exactly how people treat books. We do love books but we couldn't give so much of attention to them. They are left unattended and dusty most of the time. It is quite disappointing being a book then.
Anyway, I keep my favourite books well-attended. Just the favourite ones because I am so bias like that. Just kidding, I have so many books. How could I give them all undivided attention? Once upon a time, somebody borrowed my copy of Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire.Today, I couldn't track it down. I suppose it is a part of my wishlist now.
The book cover is exactly like this. Not a hard-covered book. It is quite hard to find this version of book today though I am pretty sure I found one or two at Kinokuniya bookstore, previously.
I have to get going for my LICYA (Literature for Children & Young Adults) presentation on two days. Have a good December, folks!
True story.
footnote: Practically winter around Malaysia, eh?
