I thought I might share this favourite part of my sorta all-time favourite movie script which I actually chose to study when I was assigned to write half of the Rosman & Julia script for Shakespeare class few months ago. From 500 Days of Summer:

When you fall in love, you don't do it by choice. You just don't simply - I'm gonna like this dude/babe because you know... we're so compatible. It doesn't, or perhaps even shouldn't, work that way.

You won't fall in love by choice. You will just... fall.
